01. Infrastructure

Broadband, roads, and real investment for the Northern Panhandle

For too long, capital projects have skipped over Brooke and Ohio Counties. Mike will fight for the highway, water, and broadband funding our communities are owed — and make sure every dollar reaches the ground it was promised for.

02. Transparency

Every vote published. Every dollar tracked

District 3 residents will always know how their delegate voted and how their tax dollars are being spent. No silent votes. No back-room deals. A public ledger, updated after every session.

03. Public Safety

Standing behind law enforcement and first responders

Our sheriffs, EMTs, and volunteer fire departments are stretched thin. Mike will push for the training, equipment, and staffing our first responders need to keep every family in the Panhandle safe.

04. Education

Fund classrooms. Support teachers. Raise the floor

The future of District 3 starts in the classroom. Mike will fight for competitive teacher pay, modernized facilities, and vocational pathways that give every child — college-bound or not — an equal shot.

05. Jobs

Partner with business and labor to grow good-paying work

Mike will bring executives, union leaders, and small-business owners to the same table — because keeping our kids from leaving West Virginia starts with jobs that pay them enough to stay.

06. Veterans & Seniors

Honor those who served. Protect what was earned

From expanded veterans' services to protecting retirement benefits and Medicaid access, Mike will make sure the Panhandle's veterans and seniors are treated with the respect they've already earned.
